Billing and orders

How to find your orders, understand what each order status actually means, and know when it's safe to expect your service to be active.

01

Personal orders versus a client account's orders

In personal mode, you see the orders you placed yourself. If you switch to a client (business) account, you'll see that account's orders too, but only if you've been granted billing access for it.

02

What each order status actually means

Awaiting payment means exactly that - it isn't paid yet. Paid, pending mobile means your payment went through but you still need to complete identity verification before anything else happens. Preparing invoice means your official invoice document hasn't been issued yet - it will have its own reference number once it is.

03

Order access

An order link does not grant access by itself. The signed-in user must have billing permission for the account that owns the order. Other authorised billing users can read the completed order as a billing record, but cannot reopen another user's original checkout session.

04

Payment, invoicing and activation

A successful charge, an issued invoice and an active service are separate milestones. Provisioning begins only after the order has satisfied its payment, identity, review and invoicing requirements. Check the service itself before assuming that a paid order is already available for use.
